In accordance with Senate Bill #SB-1108 the City of Lincoln Park is conducting this special meeting of the City Council remotely using Zoom. This action is intended to facilitate necessary City business without unduly compromising public health, safety, and welfare.   Attendees may participate in the meeting using Zoom, either online or by phone.

November 9, 2020 - Ordinance Amendments Approved by City Council
           City Council recently approved two ordinance amendments regarding Marihuana businesses in the General Industrial District.

On Monday, May 15th the Mayor and City Council, pursuant to Public Act 281 of 2016, opted-out of the provisions that would allow for the ability to grow, process, transport or provision medical marihuana within the corporate boundaries of the City of Lincoln Park.

A town hall meeting took place on Monday, April 10th at the Kennedy Memorial Building. The discussion centered on the recent passage of new medical marijuana regulations by the State of Michigan, specifically, relating to potential dispensaries, growing and processing facilities within the City.
