Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Televising
The Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Televising Program will begin Monday, April 3, 2017. Residents in the planned work areas (see maps below) will start to receive notices today detailing this project. It will require workers to reach and access manholes, many of which are located in rear yards.
Additionally, with the cleaning of the sewers, fire hydrants are used as the source of water which may disturb natural mineral buildup. This may result in the water having a slight rust color for an hour or two. Please see below as the notice outlines what steps can be taken to solve this issue.
Lastly, the work will begin with Map 1 and move to 2, 3 and 4. This project is scheduled to be completed by mid-June.
