Seniors (62 years and older)- Possible DTE Energy Discount
Please contact DTE Energy to see if you are eligible to receive a Senior Discount on your DTE Energy bill.
You may be eligible for a discounted rate based on your kilowatt usage. To find out if you are eligible, please do the following:

• Call DTE 1-800-477-4747
• Press 1 for residential customer
• Listen to prompts and press 5-need something else
• Listen to prompts and press 4-none of these, you will be connected to a Customer Service Representative

Once you are connected to a DTE representative, let them know you are checking to see if you are eligible to receive a Senior Discount. DTE will run a history of your kilowatt usage and help you determine if you are eligible to receive this discount.
