Covid-19 Update 3/16/2020
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
As previously announced, the City of Lincoln Park has cancelled all City-sponsored events, programming and activities at all city buildings with the exception of Meals on Wheels at this time.
Effective March 16, 2020 at 4:00 p.m., all City of Lincoln Park Municipal Buildings will be closed to the public until April 6, 2020. This includes City Hall, Department of Public Services, the Library, Kennedy Memorial Building/Senior Center, the Community Center and the Police Department Records Bureau. Employees will be available to assist by phone at (313) 386-1800. Residents should continue to utilize the drop box located at the side entrance of City Hall, postal mail and online services available at www.citylp.com for transactions.
Due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency Protocols, all City of Lincoln Park public meetings including board and commission meetings have been cancelled until April 6, 2020.
Information about COVID-19 is rapidly changing. The Emergency Management Team will continue to monitor the situation closely. Residents can also stay informed by regularly visiting Michigan.gov/Coronavirus, CDC.gov/Coronavirus and www.waynecounty.com.
